In that spirit, we are offering options that will keep you and your loved ones immune systems strong. By purchasing microgreens from a local farm you are doing so many positive things! You are choosing to put pure goodness into your body, you are making an impact on how food travels, you are supporting a local business, you are keeping people working, and you are creating a community based food chain. Our microgreens are perfect for salads, smoothies, toppers to dishes and will last about two weeks in your fridge!
How it works …
We want to deliver the freshest microgreens to our customers that are grown specifically for them whenever possible. For that reason, we primarily work on a grow to order model and provide the following two options for customers:
For clients that know what they want and are ready to add the health benefits of microgreens consistently to their diets we offer our main program which is a grow to order subscription . You will get a weekly delivery with this subscription. Once you place your order, we will get back to you with an expected date for your first delivery! (Yay, so exciting!!) Most microgreens take about two weeks to grow, some a little less and some a little more. Your initial payment will cover all deliveries during the first month and a two-week deposit. Thereafter we will send a renewal bill towards the end of the month due on the first of each month. After we begin growing for you, changes or cancelations to your order will take roughly two weeks to occur from the date they are made. If you cancel, your deposit will cover your last two weeks of deliveries as they will have already been planted for you. We can’t wait for you to add microgreens to your life and enjoy the incredible flavors and health benefits!
For clients that are not ready for a weekly order but are curious to try our microgreens and work towards a weekly order we also have an option for you! Each week we have varying amounts extra microgreens available. If you are interested in trying what is currently available, please use the form below and select the currently available option. We will write you back and notify you with what is available and you can choose from a list or let us choose for you. Please understand this will be first come, first served and things may sell out quickly. :)

High Hill Special (Radish, Mustard, Arugula, Red Cabbage, Kohlrabi) - this blend will make a killer salad by itself, as well as being great way to boost your standard salads to new heights and health benefits. If you’d like a perfect microgreen salad, this is it! Radish is a bit peppery and adds some zing along with the arugula and mustard. Kohlrabi and Red Cabbage balance it out and take the nutritional benefits through the roof. If you are concerned about the spicy, don’t be. The cabbage and kohlrabi really make this mix smooth!
Sunnies! (Sunflower Shoots) - These guys just make us smile. They have a wonderful nutty profile that is a tad bit sweet. They are great on sammies (sandwiches) too or as additions to your favorite salad or dishes. Sunflower sprouts boast a surprising 25 percent protein. They are also rich in stress-busting vitamin B and hormone-balancing zinc.
Pea Shoots - if you like the taste of fresh peas, you are going to love pea sh0ots as they deliver that sweet pea profile with a perfect crunch! They are high in protein and beta carotene and are nice source of vitamin C, folate and fiber. They will put a smile on your face and do your body good. We love these in smoothies, salads, soups, as well as a crunchy snacker!
All options above come in a SMALL size (3-4 ounces of microgreens) for $10.00
and a LARGE size (6-8 ounces of microgreens) for $20.00
